Since 1997 SEFMSS has been instructing our graduates on proper safety motorcycle operations. SEFMSS is authorized by The Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). We are certified providers of the Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP) which uses a curriculum developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF). We offer the FRTP's 15-hour MSF Basic RiderCourse® (BRC) which provides an introduction to the fundamentals of safe, responsible motorcycling. This course provides the essential knowledge and skills for safe riding on streets and highways while fulfilling the Florida State requirement for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) course.
